What each metric tells you, and where it comes from.

UNDER THE HOOD
How the dashboard is put together.
How the numbers are produced, so you can judge them for yourself.
Cards from named sources
Each card reads one source: Search Console for performance and keywords, GA4 for outcomes, the provider for link activity and the latest audit for site health. The source is named on the card.
New keywords
New keywords are queries that earned impressions in the current period but not in the previous one.
Striking distance
Query and page pairs at positions 5–20, sorted by impressions, are the shortest route to more clicks.
Setup until connected
Until Search Console and GA4 are connected, the dashboard shows the steps to connect them rather than empty charts.
HOW IT WORKS
From connection to a useful dashboard.
Three steps from connecting your data to a decision you can stand behind.
Add the website
Save the site to a project; its first audit starts automatically.
Connect your data
Connect Search Console and GA4. The connections are read-only.
Check in weekly
Review what changed, open striking-distance pages and act on the opportunities.
WITH YOUR AI AGENT
Ask for the weekly check-in.
Your agent reads the same cards and writes the summary your team needs.
- Uses the same data as the web app
- Paid tools estimate their cost first
- Saves the report to the project

DATA & LIMITS
Know what the numbers can and cannot tell you.
Where the data comes from, how fresh it is, and the questions it cannot answer on its own.
| Source | What it provides | Freshness & limits |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Performance and keywords. | About three days behind. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Sessions and outcomes. | As recorded by your property. |
| DataForSEO | Link activity. | Provider estimate; paid. |
| Ndovu site audit | Site health. | From the latest completed audit. |
Measured and estimated, labelled
Link counts are provider estimates; Search Console and GA4 are your measurements.
As fresh as its sources
Each card shows its source’s own delay.

FAQ
SEO dashboard: common questions.
Straight answers about what it does, what it costs and where its limits are.
Which data appears on the dashboard?
Search Console performance, GA4 sessions and outcomes, new, top and striking-distance keywords, recent link activity and site health from the latest audit.
Can I see all my websites together?
Yes. The All sites view compares every project’s Search Console data on one page, sortable by biggest decline or growth.
Is the dashboard data free?
Your own Search Console and GA4 data is free to read. Backlink data and estimates use paid provider requests.
Do I have to use GA4?
No. The GA4 card asks first; if you use another analytics tool you can dismiss it and use that provider’s MCP with your agent.
Can I hide the GA4 card?
Yes. If you use another analytics tool, dismiss the GA4 card.
What happens when I add a website?
Saving the website to a project starts its first 50-page audit, so the site health card fills in while you connect Search Console and GA4.
Where do the link numbers come from?
From DataForSEO’s backlink index. They are estimates, labelled as such, beside your measured data.
What are the limits of the data?
Search Console and GA4 numbers are measured for your own site. Backlink counts and traffic estimates come from paid providers and are labelled as estimates. Search Console reports with a delay of about three days.
How do I get access?
Platform access is reviewed. Request access with your website and the data sources you use, and the team will help you connect them.
