PLATFORM · DATA SOURCES

Better decisions begin with a labelled source.

Your own measured performance is not the same as a provider estimate. Every view names where its numbers come from, whether they are measured or estimated, and what a paid request costs.

HOW IT WORKS

Connect the sources you own.

Three steps from connecting your data to a decision you can stand behind.

01

Authorise Google

Connect Search Console and GA4 with read-only access.

02

Add Bing and logs

Connect Bing Webmaster and a log source for crawler evidence.

03

Approve research

Decide which paid research is worth its estimated cost.

USE CASES

Built for the way you work.

How teams put it to work.

IN-HOUSE SEO

Report measured numbers first

Lead with Search Console and GA4, and use estimates only where you have no first-party data.

AGENCIES

Explain every number to a client

Each view says where a figure came from, so reports survive the question “where is this from?”.

FAQ

Data sources: common questions.

Straight answers about what it does, what it costs and where its limits are.

Which data is free?

Reading your own Search Console, GA4, Bing and server-log data is free. Paid research through DataForSEO uses credits.

Why do measured and estimated traffic differ?

They measure different things: your properties record actual clicks and sessions, while providers model traffic from rankings and volumes.

How fresh is Search Console data?

Google reports with a delay of about three days and keeps up to 16 months.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. Your connected data is used to show your project’s views and is not sold or shared.

What are the limits of the data?

Each source has its own delay, quota and coverage. A missing row can mean a privacy threshold, a quota or a provider gap, not proof that something does not exist. Measured and estimated figures are never added together.

How do I get access?

Platform access is reviewed. Request access with your website and the data sources you use, and the team will help you connect them.
