WEBSITE POLICY

Website terms

Terms for using the public Ndovu SEO Labs website.

Publication review required: confirm the operating legal entity and contact details, hosting and email providers, actual storage mode and retention period, analytics configuration and any cross-border processing before publishing. This is a website policy draft, not legal advice or a policy for the separate authenticated application.

Scope

The public website explains the company’s products and development work. Access to the authenticated SEO application, licensed software and development services requires the relevant agreed terms. These website terms do not create a software licence, service contract or access entitlement.

Product information

Descriptions reflect the documented product and the features discussed on each page. Availability, compatibility, deployment requirements and third-party charges must be confirmed for the proposed installation. Illustrations and example workflows are not live customer results. Search rankings, indexing, product approvals and AI citations are not guaranteed.

Enquiries and proposals

Sending an enquiry invites a conversation. It does not create an application account, reserve development capacity, accept a price or begin a paid engagement. Any scope, delivery arrangements, payment terms, licensing and support obligations must be agreed separately.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and avoid disrupting its operation, bypassing access controls, submitting malicious material or sending information you are not authorised to share. Security concerns should be reported through the contact route without exposing secrets or damaging a service.

Intellectual property and third parties

Ndovu materials, third-party product names and open-source components remain subject to their respective ownership and licence conditions. Mention of a vendor does not imply endorsement. External destinations have their own terms and privacy practices.

Accuracy and changes

Information can change as products and providers change. Confirm a material requirement before relying on it in a purchase or implementation decision. Corrections can be reported through the Contact page.

Before publication

The operator must review the legal entity, applicable law, consumer protections, liability provisions and dispute arrangements with an appropriate adviser. Do not treat this working draft as a complete contractual framework for the SEO platform or custom development projects.
