Who this notice covers

This notice concerns the public Ndovu SEO Labs website and its configured enquiry forms. The SEO application and third-party services may have separate notices and agreements. Contact Ndovu SEO Labs through the email address published on the Contact page about this website’s handling of your information.

Information you choose to send

An enquiry may include your name, email address, company, website address, enquiry type and message. Required fields are identified on the form. Do not include passwords, payment information, health information or other sensitive customer records. The acknowledgement records that you have read this notice; it does not enrol you in marketing.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to review and respond to your request, discuss a possible engagement and maintain an appropriate record of that conversation. Technical security signals are used to limit abuse and operate the form. The site does not automatically create an SEO application account.

Where enquiries are stored

The form can be configured for email-only delivery or encrypted storage within WordPress in addition to email notification. In email-only mode the message is not retained in the WordPress lead table. If encrypted storage is enabled, the selected retention period controls automatic deletion of that copy. Mailboxes, provider logs and backups are separate records with their own retention and access controls; deleting one copy does not delete all of them.

Technical and security information

The website and its hosting or security providers may process connection information necessary to serve and protect the site. The form uses short-lived tokens and hashed rate-limit identifiers; it does not store raw network addresses in the custom enquiry tables. Where Cloudflare Turnstile is configured, the security check uses that provider’s service.

Optional analytics

Optional Google Analytics is disabled in the supplied configuration. When the operator enables it, this website asks before loading its own Analytics tag. Declining does not prevent ordinary browsing or sending an enquiry. The supplied integration avoids sending form fields as analytics parameters. Other installed plugins and hosting tools must be reviewed separately.

Your choices and requests

You may decline optional analytics, reopen the preference control when available and contact us about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information. We may need to verify the request and consider necessary recordkeeping obligations. We do not use an enquiry acknowledgement as permission for unrelated marketing.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, email, anti-abuse and optional analytics providers process information according to the services actually configured. Before publication, the operator must identify those arrangements, relevant locations and safeguards, and the applicable basis for processing. This public-site notice does not authorise transfer of customer SEO project data to an AI provider.

Updates

We update this notice when the public website’s handling changes. The current version should be shown with its actual publication date after the deployment review.
